I’m a full-time working mama of three, a big fan of garden dirt under my nails, spontaneous DIY projects, and simple wellness routines that help me feel good from the inside out.
For years, I lived on Diet Dr. Pepper, energy drinks, and pre-workouts — anything to keep me going. I was tired, bloated, stressed, and honestly? Just not myself. I figured that’s what life with three kids and a full plate looked like.
But then I found the Feel Great System, and it helped me reset. It wasn’t magic or a total overhaul — it was simple, flexible, and something I could actually stick with. And slowly, I started to feel like me again.
