When I’m in a Funk, This Is Where I Start

It’s kinda amazing what happens when you start taking care of your physical health.
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You don’t need to go all-in on something extreme.

Just start small.

  • Move your body

  • Drink some water

  • Eat a little better

The little things really do add up — and your mental health feels it.

When I’m in a funk, this is where I start.
Not because it’s a quick fix.
But because it actually works.

If you’ve been feeling off lately, this might be your reminder to come back to the basics.
You deserve to feel good — inside and out.
